Pieter Ijsselstein began his musical training on the piano at the age 8. Pieter is primarily interested in baroque, classical and ragtime music. He has written music for a variety of instruments and ensembles. However, the majority of his compositions are for piano and violin.
Pieter and his wife Geraldine live in Victoria, Prince Edward Island.
